Telephone Recovery Support Registration

A peer is someone who has lived experience with addiction and recovery as either a PERSON seeking long-term recovery or a FAMILY MEMBER of a person in or seeking long-term recovery. The FAMILY MEMBER may have lost a loved-one due to a substance use disorder and finds this support program helpful as well.

Telephone Recovery Support calls are made between 9am and 5pm Eastern time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please select a day and time slot for receiving your weekly check-in call below.

By clicking the Register button below you are agreeing to the following:

  • I grant permission for a volunteer from Recovery Force to call me at the telephone number I provided to support me in my recovery.
  • Each time the Recovery Force volunteer calls, he/she will be asking me how my recovery is progressing and if I am in need of additional support (peer support groups, meetings in area, recovery community organization facility activities, safe/sober housing, social events, other resources).
  • At the time of a call, if I am in need of a referral to a treatment program or higher level of care, I will be assisted in finding a program appropriate for me.
  • At any time I may decide not to take part in this service. I will call Recovery Force at 609-800-5633 or tell the volunteer when he/she calls.
